Beauty Buzz Tools is one of the properties of Beauty Buzz Inc (Collectively known as"Beauty Buzz"). Please ensure that you have read the following terms and conditions carefully before using Beauty Buzz's services; they set out what you can expect from us and the terms on which you agree to be bound as and when you place your order.

1. Becoming a Customer

• To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age, require delivery in our area and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name.

• We reserve the right to decline any order or to suspend your Account with us at our discretion.

• Our Terms and Conditions will apply when you place your order.

 

2. Delivery

• We will always aim to deliver your order within the promised delivery timing based on your delivery location.
   

3. Return and Refund

• We take utmost care in serving our customers and deliver the orders as per booking confirmation. However if you observe any damage in packaging products are not acceptable or the quantity or type/category is not as per the order booking, kindly check all these at the time of delivery and inform Customer Care (enquiry@beautybuzz.sg) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon ensuring the veracity of claim, we will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per availability of the products and quantity you had ordered. Any claims thereafter would not be entertained under any circumstances.

• We strictly follow No Refund Policy once the order is confirmed and delivered to customer.
